The Newly Renovated Millennium Conference Center
Newly renovated and the only New York City hotel to meet the stringent membership critieria of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC). Millennium Broadway is known for distraction-free meetings and a spectacular environment. “Our goal is to set a new standard for a meeting facility in New York,” said Per Hellman, VP and General Manager. “The first challenge in renovating the conference center was to infuse it with a personality and an ambience that reflects our experience in operating successful conferences.” Our Millennium Conference Center offers 110,000 square feet of meeting space on six floors with a separate elevator bank and fully staffed Business Center.

Power Meetings
Millennium Conference Center’s 45 flexible meeting rooms, and the historic Hudson Theatre, accommodate groups of eight to 700. All conference rooms include Internet access and such features as multi-zone fluorescent and incandescent lighting, non-glare desk surfaces and state of the art audiovisual equipment, teleconferencing, T-1 & wireless high-speed access, display rails and pinnable wall surfaces. The best seats on Broadway for all-day comfort, the ergonomically designed leather executive chairs are a favorite for planners and participants alike. For corporate events, product launches and banquets, the newly restored Historic Hudson Theatre accommodates 180 classroom, 300 banquet and 700 theater-style.

And just steps away from your meeting, you’ll find continuously replenished refreshment breaks, ranging from healthful continental breakfast to upscale morning and afternoon snacks. The separate Conference Dining area offers attendees a sumptuous array of choices during their afternoon lunch. Gourmet buffets in an impressive setting and on a flexible schedule All catering is spearheaded by the newly acquired award winning chef, Brendan Slaven, who is the executive chef at the hotel’s popular Restaurant Charlotte and Lounge and brings his innovative culinary concepts to chart new directions for the hotel’s conference services.
