And we believe our new preferential rate programme ‘Stay Assured’ is a solution to your business travel needs. Our ‘Stay Assured’ rates mean that your valuable time is not wasted searching for rates, and ensures you will receive the best available flexible rate when you stay with us - every time.
Stay Assured Terms and Conditions Programme Benefits Members are entitled to ‘Stay Assured’ Programme Rates (‘Programme Rates’) which: • apply at participating Millennium Copthorne or Kingsgate Hotels and Resorts in New Zealand. • allow a change of the date of stay (subject to availability of accommodation) without penalty. • do not attract a cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled prior to 6pm on the day of arrival. • qualify for airline frequent flyer points. • do not apply to group bookings or package rates, incentive or conference packages or special or promotional rates which may apply from time to time. • are ‘room only’ - charges which do not relate to accommodation are not included. Subject to availability, Members may be entitled to a late check out time on the day of departure. This must be confirmed on check-in. Bookings All ‘Stay Assured’ Reservations should be made directly through www.millenniumhotels.co.nz and by entering the ‘Stay Assured’ Rate Code which will be provided to Members. Stay Assured Reservations: • can be made by Members or their Travel Agents. • cannot be obtained by contacting the hotel or through other sources such as discount websites or third party agents. • cannot be made in conjunction with any other MCK Hotels loyalty programme or any other discounts, certificates or packages. • closeout/blackout days (such as New Year’s Eve, special events) may apply The Membership Card must be presented at check-in to confirm membership status. Membership and Membership Card To become a ‘Stay Assured’ Programme Member: • you must register with Hospitality Services Limited (‘HSL’). Registration is free. • Upon confirmation of registration, you will be sent details of the Programme Rates. You must advise HSL of any change of name, address, or other details. You may terminate your membership by advising HSL in writing. HSL may accept or reject any application for membership or suspend or terminate Membership at its sole discretion. Collection of Information and Privacy Collection and use of your personal information is subject to applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand). You have the right to access your personal information recorded by HSL and update or correct your personal information. General These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the ‘Stay Assured’ Programme (‘Programme’). All Members are subject to these Terms and Conditions and are deemed to have read and understood them. Hospitality Services Limited’s General Terms and Conditions Relating To Agreed Rates shall and are deemed to apply to the Programme. HSL reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Programme, including the terms and conditions, the participating Hotels/Resorts, and Programme benefits without notice or penalty. HSL reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Programme at any time.
