Disabled Facilities & Services We extend a warm welcome to all our guests, although the external environment, historic layout and design of some of our properties does mean that access may be difficult for certain individuals. We continually review our properties and will be investing in the creation of improved access wherever possible. Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings: please book your Weekends Saver break at www.millenniumhotels.co.uk or alternatively by calling 0845 30 20001; lines open Monday to Friday 0800 – 2000 and Saturday 0900 – 1300. Outside of these hours you may call the hotel direct.
2. Weekends Saver rates are only available from Friday to Sunday (except at Bank Holidays). Supplements may apply to occupancy of a double or twin room based on hotel multiple occupancy policy and will be advised at the time of booking. All rates and promotional rates in this brochure apply to Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.
3. Unless otherwise stated, prices are per room based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin room for two nights and include a full or buffet breakfast
4. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
5. Subject to the availability of suitable family rooms, one or two children under the age of 16 sharing with two adults may be accommodated free. If no family rooms are available, or if you prefer your children to have their own room, we offer special rates for their accommodation, which are available from our reservations team. When two or three children are sharing with one adult, one child is accommodated free and the second and third children are each charged 50% of the adult room rate. When one child is sharing with one adult, a single supplement may be added to the adult rate and the child accommodated free.
6. All reservations are subject to availability. Since the Weekends Saver rates are substantially discounted from the hotels’ normal rates, at certain times of the year, the number of rooms available on the Weekends Saver tariff may be restricted. Weekends Saver rates are not intended for business guests and guests attending meetings and events and may not be available during major events.
7. Bookings must be guaranteed by quoting a recognised and valid credit or charge card. In the absence of a credit/charge card the booking will be confirmed on receipt of a cheque equal to the cost of one night per room booked.
8. Cancellations may be made without penalty up until 1400 on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 1400 and no-shows will be charged one night’s room rate per room booked.
9. Bedrooms are usually available from 1400 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by noon on the day of departure.
10. Pets are accepted at the discretion of the hotel and with the exception of guide dogs, are not allowed in public areas.
11. Health and fitness facilities: a charge may be incurred for the use of certain facilities such as solaria, exercise classes and beauty treatments. Under 16s are not permitted to use gymnasium equipment and must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using other facilities. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to use spa pools, saunas, solaria and steam rooms.
12. Complaints and comments: any complaint or comment regarding a hotel stay should be made at the time to the hotel’s Duty Manager in order for any problem to be resolved during the stay. Problems that cannot be completely resolved at the time should be notified, in writing, within 28 days of departure to the General Manager at the hotel.
